Ryles Dodd joined Chicken Salad Chick in January of 2020 and serves as the Chief Information Officer for the brand and is responsible for moving the brand forward in all areas that are impacted through technology. He joined The Chick just before the pandemic and was immediately challenged with going from 0-100 in the digital and third-party delivery space. Ryles ushered in a new era of data analytics to Chicken Salad Chick in 2021 while building strong relationships with the franchise community. Ryles brings 30 years of restaurant technology experience, starting with Longhorn Steaks as a POS Administrator in the mid 90’s. Ryles has held leadership roles with Wendy’s and Arby’s Restaurant Groups and has experience on the other side of the desk while leading product teams at Aloha and Sicom/Xenial. His favorite chicken salad flavor is Olivia’s Old South.
