Johnny Wilkinson

Johnny is a serial entrepreneur who has always had a passion for mathematics and data. He’s developed multiple software solutions for the hospitality sector over the past 15 years, including Fourth’s labor productivity tool. In 2013 he joined Fourth as Head of Workforce Management Technology, leading the Data Science department. He believes that all businesses are becoming more and more reliant on large volumes of data, and that data science and machine learning are key to optimising processes and decision-making.
