Cheryle is a Consultant in Aon’s Rewards Solutions practice and is located in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Cheryle is a member of the Retail e-Commerce Data Solutions team where she works with clients to determine how to best use market data to effectively benchmark pay and determine other leading practices. She currently manages the Chain Restaurant Total Rewards Association (CRTRA) total compensation surveys portfolio as well as the relationship with members. Cheryle has led numerous large-scale initiatives and sits on various consulting engagements.
